Individual styling results may vary depending on factors including hair type, hair length, hair condition, styling technique, styling products, and environmental conditions. We do not guarantee that every customer will achieve the same results shown in photographs, videos, tutorials, advertisements, or other content.

Product descriptions, pricing, packaging, features, and availability may be changed at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit the quantities available to any person, household, geographic area, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 — Orders and Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from PRKY.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and we confirm the order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Orders may be canceled within one hour of purchase by contacting hello@prky.shop.

After the one-hour cancellation window, cancellation is not guaranteed because processing or fulfillment may have begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is available on this website.

Products purchased from PRKY are intended for personal or household use and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Section 4 — Prices, Payments, and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to the correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges. These amounts will be calculated and displayed during checkout when applicable.

Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the promotional terms will govern for that promotion.

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, billing, payment, and account information.

You represent that:

1. The payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Charges submitted using that payment method will be honored.

4. You will pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

PRKY is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, events outside our reasonable control, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. PRKY is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, contact hello@prky.shop so we can review the issue and assist you in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

The Services and their contents—including trademarks, brand names, logos, product names, slogans, text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, designs, website layouts, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to PRKY and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Services only for personal, noncommercial purposes.

Without our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, republish, transmit, display, perform, license, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services.

PRKY’s names, logos, designs, product names, and slogans may not be used without our prior written permission.

Shopify’s names, logos, products, and trademarks belong to Shopify or its licensors.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We may provide access to tools, services, or functionality offered by third parties.

We do not necessarily monitor, control, or endorse these third-party tools. They may be provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

PRKY is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and PRKY.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and PRKY, including products purchased, customer service, delivery, injury, damage, refunds, returns, or loss arising from a transaction.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with PRKY.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on this website.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process information concerning your access to and use of the Services to provide, maintain, secure, and improve its platform.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

We do not guarantee that product results will be identical for every customer.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Section 17 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRKY and its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Services or products.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
